The college was permitted to run 3 year LL.B. Course by the Commissioner & Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Education Department, Chandigarh vide Memo No. 16/39-2001 C-II (I) dated 01.07.2003 w.e.f. 2003-04 on Self Financing basis.
The Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra granted N.O.C. for affiliation to the college vide letter No. CG-II/2003/3562 dated 23.07.2003.
The Bar Council of India, New Delhi vide letter No. BCI:D:1054:2003 (LE.Mtg.) Dated 27.08.2003 granted approval for the College with an intake of 160 seats.
